— MEET SAMANTHA

— Founder

Samantha Sasaoka, LMSW, LCDC, MBA.

I’m the founder of Reframe Impact Group and a licensed social worker with a passion for helping people navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, stability, and confidence. I’ve worked in a variety of behavioral health settings—including residential treatment, outpatient care, and crisis-level support—which has given me experience supporting individuals through some of their most difficult moments.

My approach to therapy is grounded in connection, understanding, and practical support. I believe that everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, respected, and not judged. At the same time, I work collaboratively with clients to build insight, develop healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I have a special interest in working with individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges, as well as those feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of their next steps. My goal is to help you make sense of what you’re going through, feel more in control, and move forward in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.

I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Arizona State University and went on to complete a dual Master’s in Social Work and Business Administration at the University of Denver. My background allows me to take a well-rounded, real-world approach to therapy—one that considers both your internal experiences and the external pressures you may be navigating.

“Change starts with how we understand ourselves. Together, we can begin to reframe challenges, build resilience, and create a path forward that feels aligned with who you are and where you want to go.”
